Use the Search area above the book and ask for information in ordinary language. There is no special search syntax to memorize. Ask Your Book searches the business information already stored in your local Business Book.
Ask in Plain English
Try questions such as Show me unpaid orders, Find orders for Glenn, What inventory is low? or Show appointments next week.
Search Your Book — Not the Internet
Ask Your Book is designed to find and summarize your own stored business records. If the information has not been entered, Business Book does not invent it.
Make It Your Business Book
Book Settings
Business Name & Logo
Give the book your business name and choose your own logo, or use the Business Book default.
Choose the Cover
Select a leather cover color for the personalized book or use the PCD default.
Teaching Mode
If an action needs information that has not yet been entered, a short context-sensitive message explains what is missing and where to go.
